Investors- Fee split 50/50 personal deals done and earn a 1% override on trainee deals they assist  with to completion.


Associate / Trainee- Fee split 40/60 personal deals done


Property Finders / Bird Dogs- Earn a flat of $100 + bonuses paid after closing
